Holidays

We love holidays! The members of the U.T.C.S. are free to celebrate many holidays as they see fit. Besides official holidays that are recognized by the state, members also celebrate some or all of the following holidays:

U.T.C.S. Foundation Day is May 1st and members celebrate in various ways: Meditation, Study,  or throwing a party. Some will do all of the above, or none of the above.

Random Acts of Kindness Day – Feb. 17th

Pi Day – 3-14

Square Root Day – 4-4-16 and 5-5-25 [the next two root holidays]

Earth Day – April 22nd

Star Wars, Nerd Pride, and Towel Day all fall on May 25th

Doughnut Day – 1st Friday in June

Loving Day – June 12th

Juneteenth – begins June 19th

Vegetarian Day – Oct. 1st

Vegan Day – Nov. 1st
